Opera tickets are not refundable. If you have an opera ticket that will go unused, please visit or call the box office before the date on the ticket. Tickets for a performance that has passed are completely void and cannot be exchanged. Unused tickets may be exchanged for another of equal or lesser value (an upcoming opera, an encore the following week, etc). Please note that unused tickets are not passes; that is, we cannot hold a ticket as a placeholder for any future show. If an exchange is in order, it must take place before the date on the ticket.

Simply present these materials at the box office and your tickets will be printed sans transaction.

If your credit card is compromised or unavailable, please present us with the card number (whether active or inactive) This will allow us to retrieve your tickets, as your reservation is identified with the number on the credit card. At the time of pick-up, please be sure to advise our staff that you are picking up tickets that you have already purchased online.
