Each of our 9 theaters is equipped with space for wheelchairs and walkers in the front and back of the auditoriums. Our facility is on a single story, and there are no stairs or elevators.

Listening devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request. All of our auditoriums are equipped with personal assistive listening systems and closed captioning devices, which are also available upon request. If there are any special requests, please ask to speak with a manager, who will try to accommodate to the best of their ability.

The Palace 9 has a zero tolerance policy for racist, sexist, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory language and behavior. If any box office employee witnesses or receives a complaint regarding this behavior, the responsible individual will be escorted off the property without a refund. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
